After taking the lead on a touchdown pass by
Scott Lloyd to
Matt Hall in the first quarter, the Indians led 7-0 at the half.
Fullerton expanded its lead to 21 points entering the fourth quarter. FHS scored two times in the third, including once on a Hall touchdown run.
Los Alamitos' only touchdown came on a 1-yard run by
Mike Hayden in the fourth quarter.
Coming into the game the Indians had allowed 20.8 points per game this year. Fullerton held firm on the defensive front, and kept the Griffins well below the 26.7 points it had been averaging per game.
The loss comes after Los Alamitos defeated Foothill 42-0 last week. The win brought Fullerton's winning streak to three games.
