East Marshall will challenge North Linn on the road at 7:00 PM on Friday. Both of these teams will be looking for a pick-me-up after considerable defeats in their previous games.
Things haven't been easy for East Marshall, and their contest last Friday only extended their streak of losses to seven. They found themselves the reluctant recipients of an unpleasant 14-38 punch to the gut against South Hardin last Friday.
Meanwhile, after flying high against Jesup two weeks ago, North Linn came back down to earth. North Linn ended up on the wrong side of a painful 12-35 walloping at Regina's hands. The state rankings had actually given North Linn a slight edge heading into the game, making this hurt that much more.
With the two teams each stumbling in off of a defeat, both will be hungry for the win. We'll see which team satisfies their hunger and which team leaves with an empty stomach.
