Make it 16 blowout wins for the Watseka Warriors this season. They blew past Westville, posting a 59-18 victory on the road. Winning may never get old, but Watseka sure is getting used to it with their 13th in a row.
Westville's defeat shouldn't obscure the performances of Madison Duke, who scored four points, and Aubrie Jenkins who scored five points.
Watseka's win was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 21-1. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 57.8 points per game. As for Westville, they are on a 15-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-19.
Watseka will head out on the road to square off against Armstrong at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Armstrong is coming into the matchup on a four-game losing streak. As for Westville, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Oakwood at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Hopefully Oakwood focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 13 last Friday.
