Jalen English continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines for Trinity Christian School of Griffin, shooting 11-for-15 from downtown and dropping a double-double on 41 points and 10 rebounds. English has been hot recently, having posted two or more blocks the last three times he's played. Rashawn Moton was another key contributor, dropping a double-double on 16 points and 12 rebounds.
Forest has been struggling recently, as they've lost four of their last five games, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-6 record this season. As for Trinity Christian School of Griffin, the win got them back to even at 2-2.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Forest will take on The Grace Christian Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Grace Christian Academy knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with flashy point totals in its past six matches -- so hopefully Forest likes a good challenge. As for Trinity Christian School of Griffin, they will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Central Christian at 7:30 p.m. Central Christian is coming into the game on a four-game losing streak.
