On Elkhart's side, Rylee Lohmeyer was a major factor no matter where she played. On the mound, she tossed two innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. Lohmeyer has been consistent recently: she hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in three consecutive appearances. She was even better at the plate, getting on base in all four of her plate appearances with four runs, four RBI, and one double. Those four RBI gave her a new career-high.
