Capitol took care of business in their home opener. Everything went their way against Glen Oaks on Thursday as they made off with a 42-14 win. Capitol was expected to win, but the margin was definitely larger than the state rankings had forecast. This was the first game for both teams, giving Capitol a 1-0 record and starting Glen Oaks off at 0-1.
Next week, Capitol take on McKinley at 7:00 PM. As for Glen Oaks, they will face off against Tara.
