Basketball Recap: Biggs Snags Seventh Victory in Last Nine Games

There's no place like home for Biggs, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Thursday. They blew past the Williams Yellowjackets 57-34 on Friday. The Wolverines have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won nine matches by 20 points or more this season.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Biggs to victory, but perhaps none more so than Skyler Long, who dropped a double-double with ten points and 11 rebounds. What's more, Long also racked up seven assists, the most he's had since back in December of 2023. Another player making a difference was David Ibarra, who almost dropped a double-double with nine points and ten boards.

Biggs has been performing well recently as they've won seven of their last nine games, which provided a nice bump to their 16-8 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 60.1 points over those games. As for Williams, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-16.

As of now, neither Biggs nor Williams have any future games scheduled.
