Town East Christian was led to victory by Abel Esquivel and Colin Wingate. Esquivel gained 117 total yards and two touchdowns, while Wingate gained 92 total yards and three touchdowns. The team also got some help courtesy of Owen Cadena, who rushed for 90 yards and a touchdown on only five carries.
Town East Christian's victory bumped their record up to 1-5. As for Lee Academy of Science & Engineering, they have been struggling recently, as they've lost three of their last four contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-4 record this season.
