Palmetto Ridge won their last match against Estero, and it was the same story this time around. Palmetto Ridge made easy work of Estero on Friday and carried off a 46-21 win. Not happy with the 17-14 score at halftime, Palmetto Ridge made a real splash in the second half.
The matchup started off well for Palmetto Ridge, whose offense put up 17 first-half points. Estero came up with 14 to make it 17-14 heading into the break. The offense for Palmetto Ridge continued to do well in the second half, scoring another 29 points to put the game away. The victory bumped their record up to 1-2. The defeat dropped Estero's record to 1-3.
Next week Palmetto Ridge take on South Fort Myers at 7:00 PM. As for Estero, they will face off against Gulf Coast.
