Basketball Recap: Klein Oak Extends Winning Streak to Three

Klein Oak lost to Klein Forest back in December of 2024, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Tuesday. The Klein Oak Panthers walked away with a 48-35 win over the Klein Forest Eagles. The victory was nothing new for the Panthers as they're now sitting on three straight.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Klein Oak to victory, but perhaps none more so than Tyrie Wooten Jr, who posted ten points. Brennan Webb was another key player, putting up 11 points in addition to six rebounds and three steals.

Klein Oak has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games, which provided a massive bump to their 10-10 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 58.2 points per game. As for Klein Forest, with the loss, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 10-11.

Klein Oak has already played their next matchup, a 70-67 defeat against Klein Collins on the 17th. As for Klein Forest, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 53-52 loss against Tomball Memorial on the 17th.
