The Oak Forest Academy Yellowjackets can now show off 15 landslide victories after their most recent matchup on Tuesday. They claimed a resounding 65-34 victory over Brookhaven Academy on the road. The victory was nothing new for Oak Forest Academy as they're now sitting on four straight.
Oak Forest Academy's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Garrett Shoemaker, who scored 23 points along with nine rebounds and four steals. Shoemaker hasn't dropped below two steals for four straight games. The team also got some help courtesy of Trendan Spears, who scored 12 points along with six assists and three steals.
Oak Forest Academy is on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine matches, which provided a nice bump to their 17-7 record this season. As for Brookhaven Academy, they have not been sharp recently, as they've lost nine of their last ten contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-10 record this season.
