Sacred Heart won against St. Paul last Tuesday with 18 runs and they decided to stick to that run total again on Friday. Everything went the Indians' way against the Lutheran Mustangs as they made off with an 18-2 victory. Considering the Indians have won ten games by more than five runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Sacred Heart has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-4 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.6 runs on average over those games. As for Lutheran, they are on an 11-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-8.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Sacred Heart will welcome SA S at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Indians' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Saints have averaged an impressive 11.5 runs per game this season. As for Lutheran, they will host St. Paul at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Cardinals have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 10.9 runs per game on average), something the Mustangs will no doubt try to take advantage of.
