The Pathways Eagles stacked a ninth blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Saturday. They took their match on the road with ease, bagging a 62-35 win over Joshua Christian Academy. The game was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 40-15.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Pathways to victory, but perhaps none more so than Carlos Escalera, who scored 15 points along with three steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Steven Edwards, who scored 13 points along with five steals.
Pathways has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won ten of their last 11 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 22-5 record this season. As for Joshua Christian Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 9-5.
Pathways will head out on the road to challenge Wade Christian Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Pathways is coming into the game with four straight wins on the road, so Wade Christian Academy is out to stop a squad with plenty of momentum. Joshua Christian Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
