Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Timberlake). Everything went their way against the Priest River Spartans on Tuesday as they made off with a 16-1 win. The victory continues a trend for the Tigers in their matchups with the Spartans: they've now won nine in a row.

The team relied heavily on Nate Beardsall, who scored three runs while going 2-for-3. That's the most hits he has posted since back in March of 2024. Ryker Brennan was another key player, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 1-for-5.

Timberlake was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .452. That's the best batting average they've posted all season.

Timberlake's win bumped their record up to 4-2. As for Priest River, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-6.
