Coby King's Big Game Leads Greene County over Bay
Starting off the list is Greene County's Coby King, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. King threw for 314 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 13.1 yards per attempt, and also rushed for 31 yards and two touchdowns.
Unfortunately for Bay, this isn't the first big game they've seen from King. When King last faced the Tigers back in October of 2023, he rushed for 85 yards and three touchdowns, and also threw for 115 yards and three touchdowns.

Alexander-Dedeaux must have Moss Point's number; he was a force to be reckoned with the last time he faced them too. Back in October of 2023 (the last time Alexander-Dedeaux saw the Tigers), he rushed for 230 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 7.7 yards per carry.

Big Game from Franks As Greene County Won 54-19
The second Greene County player making an appearance here is Lakeus Franks, and for good reason. He rushed for 105 yards and two touchdowns on only eight carries, and also picked up 78 receiving yards and a touchdown.
A feisty cat fight will be fought when Wildcats challenges Moss Point at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The contest will pit Franks up against the Tigers' star running back Alex Nettles. With so much talent on the field, fans are surely in for an exciting game. The only thing left to see is who brings home the W.

A Season-Best Effort from Sydney Blackmon Leads Poplarville over Tylertown
Sydney Blackmon produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Poplarville to the win on Friday. Blackmon rushed for 94 yards and two touchdowns on only eight carries, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process.
The victory (which was Poplarville's third in a row) raised their record to 7-1. Blackmon will have a chance to log another big game when he takes on Bay on Friday.

Paris Trivillion Goes Supernova in Pass Christian Victory
The second Pass Christian player making an appearance here is Paris Trivillion, and for good reason. He threw for 209 yards and two touchdowns while completing 82.4% of his passes, and also punched in a touchdown on the ground.
On the year, Trivillion has thrown 15 touchdowns while averaging 211.2 passing yards per game.
