Aptos might be getting used to good results now that the squad has eight wins in a row. Everything came up roses for them against Christopher on Friday as the team secured a 54-7 victory. Fans of Aptos have seen this all before: every one of Aptos' games this year has ended as a stomp.
Aptos started the game off right with 34 first-half points. Christopher wasn't quite able to keep up, scoring 7 to make it 34-7 heading into the break. Aptos put the contest away in the third quarter with 14 points from the offense and zero points allowed from the defense.
The teams are both focusing on improving their conference standings in their upcoming contests. Aptos will take on Palma at home at 7:30 PM next week. Since neither squad is a stranger to landslide victories this season, you'd better bet it will be hard-fought showdown. Christopher will stay at home against Everett Alvarez at 7:30 PM. These teams both have had a rocky road up to this point with four consecutive losses apiece.
