Notre Dame Prep lost against the Fallston Cougars back in February of 2020, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. Notre Dame Prep fell 36-23 to Fallston. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Notre Dame Prep has scored all season.
Ayla Galloway was her usual excellent self, dropping a triple-double on 15 points, 11 rebounds, and ten steals for Fallston. Galloway is absolutely dominating the rebound category: she's posted at least eight every time she's taken the court this season. Another player making a difference was Bolesta Brooke, who scored seven points along with two steals and two blocks.
This is the second loss in a row for Notre Dame Prep and nudges their season record down to 4-5. As for Fallston, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven contests, which provided a nice bump to their 11-3 record this season.
Notre Dame Prep will square off against Loch Raven at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday. Fallston won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Aberdeen at 5:00 p.m. on January 25th. Aberdeen will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Maryland Rankings (they are ranked 165th, while Fallston is ranked 43rd).
