Baseball Recap: Illini Bluffs Gets the Win

While Illini Bluffs's victory against Williamsfield wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Tigers skirted past the COUGARS 3-1. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Tigers also won the last time the pair played back in April of 2022.

Illini Bluffs' win bumped their record up to 5-3.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Illini Bluffs will face off against Brimfield at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Indians will roll in looking for their sixth straight victory, something the Tigers surely won't give up without a fight. As for Williamsfield, they will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Dunlap at 4:30 p.m. on May 2.
