Rockvale lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Maritza Wright, who scored 11 points. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Wright has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Ayeden Wilkerson, who scored ten points along with two steals.
Rockvale struggled to get the ball back on offense and finished the game with only two offensive rebounds. That's the fewest offensive rebounds they've managed all season.
Rockvale's loss dropped their record down to 11-10. As for Blackman, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 13-8 record this season.
Rockvale will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Riverdale at 6:00 p.m. Riverdale is coming into the game with four straight defeats on the road, meaning Rockvale will have to defend against a team hungry for a victory. As for Blackman, they will take on Siegel at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Blackman is facing Siegel at the right time seeing as Siegel is stuck on a six-game losing streak.
