The Meadows School's pitching crew heads into the game hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Saturday. They put the hurt on Spring Creek with a sharp 17-0 win. The Mustangs' hitters stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most runs they've scored all season.
Carson Rinetti made a splash while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run and allowing only one hit over four innings pitched. Rinetti was also big at the plate, going 1-for-3 with two runs, one double, and one RBI. That's the most runs he has posted since back in May of 2025.
In other batting news, Lucas Salas was a standout: he went 2-for-3 with three runs, three RBI, and two doubles. Those RBI were his first of the season. Max Tribett was another key player, going 1-for-2 with one home run, four RBI, and two runs.
The Meadows School always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .568. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.
Meanwhile, Silverado came up short against Clark on Saturday and fell 8-4. The Skyhawks have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Silverado now has a losing record of 1-2-1. As for The Meadows School, with the victory, they broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 2-3.
