The Colleton Prep Academy War Hawks were the 42-41 winner over the Patrick Henry Academy Patriots when they last played one another back in January, but their luck changed this time around. Colleton Prep Academy took a 55-45 hit to the loss column at the hands of Patrick Henry Academy on Friday.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Patrick Henry Academy to victory, but perhaps none more so than Lillian Lucas, who scored 31 points along with six rebounds and two steals. That makes it three consecutive games in which Lucas has scored at least a third of Patrick Henry Academy's points. Holly Mikell was another key contributor, scoring two points along with seven steals and six assists.
Colleton Prep Academy has been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 14-10 record this season. As for Patrick Henry Academy, the win (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 11-7.
