Scottsboro came tearing into  Friday's  match with four straight wins  (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 6 runs), and they left with even more momentum. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Ider Hornets, sneaking past  10-8. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Wildcats also won the last time the pair played  back in April of 2024.
Scottsboro pushed their record up to 19-12 with the  victory, which was their third straight  on the road.
