The Pennsylvania Interscholastic Association (PIAA) has unveiled brackets and schedules for the 2025 basketball state playoffs. Championship games for all six classes on the boys and girls side will be held March 27-29 at the GIANT Center in Hershey.
Imhotep Charter (Philadelphia)
has won three straight Class 5A state championships and this year the Panthers have moved up to 6A with a 23-5 record. Over the past four seasons Imhotep has compiled a record of 111-15.
Also in 6A is
Father Judge (Philadelphia)
, the top ranked team in Pennsylvania. The Crusaders are 19-7 and looking for their first state title in school history. Seniors
Everett Barnes
and
Kevair Kennedy
lead the way.
On the girls side,
Archbishop Wood (Warminster)
is looking for its fourth consecutive state championship. Led by sophomore
Ryan Carter
, the Vikings are 18-7 entering the Class 5A bracket.
