They narrowly escaped with a  win as the  squad sidled past the Hewitt-Trussville Huskies  3-2. Thompson's win bumped their record up to 31-11. As for Hewitt-Trussville, they moved to 24-12 with that  loss, which also ended their seven-match winning streak.
 Thompson wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next  contest,  a  3-1  defeat against McGill-Toolen on the 30th. Hewitt-Trussville does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
