After having lost a blowout in their match last week, Bishop DuBourg/Hancock were happy to find some success on Saturday. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past Bayless 28-25. The tight race was right in line with the MaxPreps state rankings' forecast.

The win bumped Bishop DuBourg/Hancock's record up to 3-4. The loss dropped Bayless' record to 1-6.

Next week Bishop DuBourg/Hancock take on Roosevelt/Cleveland NJROTC at 7:00 PM. Roosevelt/Cleveland NJROTC have averaged 54 points over the course of their past five games, so Bishop DuBourg/Hancock might be in for a challenge. As for Bayless, they will face off against Windsor.
