Bound Brook waltzed into their contest on Monday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Bernards Mountaineers, sneaking past 54-52. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Crusaders have posted since January 25, 2025.

Bound Brook's victory bumped their record up to 6-1. As for Bernards, they are on a six-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-5.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Bound Brook will take on Princeton at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday. The Crusaders will be up against the Tigers' rather soft defense (which has allowed 52.4 points per matchup), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Bernards, they will square off against Manville at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday.
