Valley View came into Tuesday's contest having lost three straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They came out on top against the Delaware Valley Warriors by a score of 7-3 on Tuesday. For the Cougars, this counts as revenge for the 11-7 win the Warriors walked away with the last time they faced one another back in May of 2024.

Valley View's victory bumped their record up to 3-8. As for Delaware Valley, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-6.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Valley View will take on North Pocono at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Trojans' pitching crew has only allowed 3.5 runs per game this season, so the Cougars' hitters will have their work cut out for them. As for Delaware Valley, they will square off against West Scranton at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
