Basketball Recap: Wallace Gets the Win

Clark Fork came into Wednesday's matchup looking for another win against Wallace, but Lennox Radford wouldn't allow it. The Miners took down the Wampus Cats 61-43 on Wednesday thanks in part to Radford, who went 7-for-17 to rack up 20 points in addition to eight assists and eight rebounds. The game was his third in a row with at least 18 points.

Another player making a difference was Simon Sodbat, who posted ten points. He is also on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in each of the last three games he's played.

Loss or not, Clark Fork got some senior leadership from Westin Caven and Owen Howard. Caven almost dropped a double-double with 15 points and nine assists, while Howard dropped a double-double with 15 points and 12 boards.

Wallace now has a winning record of 10-9. As for Clark Fork, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-8 record this season.

Wallace wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 63-54 win against Coeur du Christ Academy on the 19th. As for Clark Fork, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 70-54 victory against Non Varsity Opponent on the 17th.
