While Tuesday's win was certainly a team effort, someone pulling more than their own weight was underclassman Landon Cormican. He turned in nothing short of a gem on Tuesday: he scored 17 points along with six rebounds and five assists.
Cormican and Victory Baptist Academy are on the road again on Friday and play against Morgantown Christian Academy at 7:30 p.m. on January 26th. Cormican hasn't had any trouble running up the score (he's averaged 15.8 per game this season), but it's looking like he'll have his work cut out for him against Morgantown Christian Academy's dominant defense.
