Pleasantville had to kick off their season on the road on Friday, but they showed no ill effects. They walked away with a 47-36 victory over the Lynnville-Sully Hawks. The Trojans have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Hawks, too.

Braylon Bingham had an outrageously good game as he threw for 271 yards and three TDs while picking up 12.9 yards per attempt, and also rushed for 95 yards and one touchdown.

Despite the loss, Lynnville-Sully still got an impressive performance from Connor Deal, who rushed for 29 yards and one score, and also threw for 97 yards and one TD while completing 72.7% of his passes.

Coming up, Pleasantville will square off against Pella Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Lynnville-Sully, they will challenge Cardinal at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
