Luke Robillard Crosses Big Stat Threshold
Starting off the list is Tupper Lake's Luke Robillard, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Robillard rushed for 116 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 7.3 yards per carry. The performance once again pushed his average rushing yardage north of 100 yards per game (100.2). He didn't just play on offense: he also picked up two sacks and made eight total tackles.
If history really does repeat itself, Robillard might just drop another big game when he faces off against Waterville on Friday. Robillard rushed for 152 yards and a touchdown the last time he and the Indians duked it out back in October of 2023.

Noah Mudge was instrumental in extending Morrisville-Eaton's winning streak to three on Saturday. Notre Dame had no answer to Mudge as he made four total tackles.
Morrisville-Eaton's win bumped their record up to 5-1. Mudge and Morrisville-Eaton will face off against Bishop Grimes at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday.

Morrisville-Eaton Gets a Boost from Highers in 55-6 Victory
Keeping Mudge company is Carter Highers, a fellow Morrisville-Eaton player. He picked up 110 receiving yards and two touchdowns. He was no stranger to the big play, cutting upfield on a catch that went for 50 yards.
If the past is any indication, Highers could be in store for another big game when he takes on Bishop Grimes on Saturday. When Highers last faced the Cobras back in September of 2023, he rushed for 139 yards and two touchdowns on only 13 carries, and also picked up 67 receiving yards and two touchdowns.

Kyler McClain produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Tupper Lake to the win on Friday. McClain rushed for 34 yards and two touchdowns.
On the year, McClain has run in 3 touchdowns while averaging 30.2 rushing yards per game. He's made a big improvement compared to last season: at this point last year, he was only averaging 10.4 rushing yards per game.
