Wabaunsee had already won 25 in a row and they went ahead and made it 26 on Tuesday. They came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 2-1 W against the Troy Trojans. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Chargers have posted since October 4th.

Wabaunsee had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next two. The final score came out to 22-25, 25-19, 25-12.

Grace Zeller paced Wabaunsee's offense, picking up 13 kills. Zeller got some help from Reese Michaelis and her 13 assists. Finally, Talen Orton kept Wabaunsee's defense grounded, leading the team with three blocks.

Wabaunsee's win bumped their record up to 32-5. As for Troy, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 18-15 record this season.

Coincidentally, Wabaunsee and Troy will both be playing Onaga the next time they take the court. The Trojans will head out to face the Buffaloes at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while the Chargers will play them later in the day, at 7:00 p.m.
