Elgin/Pope John's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Kate Furstenau, who scored 14 points. Another player making a difference was Keyera Eisenhauer, who scored 12 points.
Elgin/Pope John's victory bumped their record up to 16-1. As for Stuart, they have traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost six of their last seven matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 7-11 record this season.
