Vale is 10-0 against Riverside since February of 2018, and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Friday. The Vale Vikings will be playing at home against the Riverside Pirates at 6:00 p.m. Vale will be looking to keep their ten-game home win streak (dating back to last season) alive.

Meanwhile, Riverside was just a bucket shy of victory on Tuesday and fell 41-40 to McLoughlin. Riverside has struggled against McLoughlin recently, as their matchup on Tuesday was their third consecutive lost matchup.
Crystal Sanchez put forth a good effort for the losing side as she scored 22 points along with three steals. That was a full 55% of Riverside's points, marking the fourth time in a row she's earned more than a third of the team's points. Chloe Gomez was another key contributor, scoring 14 points along with three steals.
Vale's victory bumped their record up to 13-2. As for Riverside, their defeat dropped their record down to 11-6.
Everything came up roses for Vale against Riverside when the teams last played back in February of 2023 as the team secured a 51-11 victory. With Vale ahead 27-2 at the half, the match was all but over already.
