There's no place like home for Jensen Beach, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Wednesday. They never let the Lincoln Park Academy Greyhounds onto the board and left with a 14-0 win on Thursday. The Falcons haven't had any issues with the Greyhounds recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive victory against them.

Peyton Baum looked comfortable as he tossed two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. The dominant performance also gave him a new career-high in strikeouts (two).

At the plate, Tanner Hughes was incredible, going a perfect2-for-2 with one home run, three runs, and two RBI. The dominant performance also gave him a new career-high in hits (two). Another player making a difference was Will Rader, who scored two runs and stole a base while getting on base in two of his three plate appearances.

Jensen Beach always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .625. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Lincoln Park Academy only posted an OBP of .176.

The win got Jensen Beach back to even at 1-1. As for Lincoln Park Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 0-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Jensen Beach will host Benjamin at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Lincoln Park Academy, they will look to defend their home field on Friday against Central at 6:00 p.m. Central will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Lincoln Park Academy surely won't give up without a fight.
