Covington won the last time they faced Northridge and things went their way on Thursday too. The Buccs blew past the Polar Bears 3-0. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Buccs.

Dakohta Kenworthy paced Covington's offense, picking up nine kills. Kenworthy got some help from Addison Ventura and her 15 assists. Ventura was also solid from the service line: she led the team with nine aces.

Covington's win bumped their record up to 13-4. As for Northridge, they are on a 15-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-12.

Covington wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 3-1 victory against Milton-Union on the 30th. As for Northridge, they have also already played their next matchup, a 3-0 defeat against Bethel on the 30th.
