The Lebanon Yellowjackets have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won five matchups by 22 points or more this season. They simply couldn't be stopped on Wednesday as they easily beat Reeds Spring 63-27 on the road. Given Lebanon's advantage in MaxPreps' Missouri basketball rankings (they are ranked 84th, while Reeds Spring is ranked 468th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Lebanon's win bumped their record up to 7-2. As for Reeds Spring, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-7.
Lebanon won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Aurora at 4:00 p.m. on December 28th. Aurora knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with flashy point totals in its past five matchups -- so hopefully Lebanon likes a good challenge. As for Reeds Spring, they will be playing at home against Cassville at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Cassville is hoping to put an end to a three-game streak of away losses.
