The Hobart Brickies are on the road again  on Tuesday to play the Lake Central Indians at 6:00  p.m. Both teams come into the  game bolstered by wins in their previous  matches.
 Hobart is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup  on Friday. They had just enough and edged Lowell out  3-2.
  Morgan Ellenberger tossed a big game,   not allowing a single  earned run over five innings pitched. She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't  given up  more than two  walks in seven consecutive pitching appearances.
 At the plate,  the team  relied heavily on  Keirys Click, who  scored two  runs and  stole three bases while  getting on base  in all four of her plate appearances. Another player making a difference was  Riley Weber, who  got on base  in all four of her plate appearances with a  stolen base and  an  RBI.
 Meanwhile, Lake Central put the finishing touches on their 22nd blowout victory of the season  on Friday. Everything went their way against Munster as Lake Central made off with  a  10-1 win. Lake Central's victory was all the more impressive since Munster was averaging only 3.59 runs allowed on the season.
  Sofia Calderaro spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered only one earned run on two hits and racked up ten Ks.
 On the hitting side,  Kate Renschen was  incredible,  scoring three  runs and  stealing a base while going 3-for-4.  MaKayla Van Vossen was another key contributor,  scoring two  runs and  stealing a base while  getting on base  in three of her four plate appearances.
 Hobart has  been performing  well recently as they've  won five of their last six matchups,  which provided a nice bump to their 19-7 record  this season. As for Lake Central, the  win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 31-1.
 Tuesday's   contest will be a test for both team's pitchers. Hobart hasn't had any issues making contact this season,  having earned a batting average of .358. However, it's not like Lake Central struggles in that department as   they've  averaged .465. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
