Columbus East added to the longest winning streak in Hoosier Hills this week by beating Madison, 55-6. The victory was the 10th in a row for the Olympians.
New Albany lost to Center Grove 70-14 last week, the largest margin of any game.
Columbus East's offense was unstoppable this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Alex Cowan threw for 180 and 3 touchdowns and JT Voelker had 124 yards receiving. On the ground Markell Jones chipped in 118 yards. Sean Owens helped Columbus East's passing attack out by catching 1 ball for 33 yards.

Seymour's Austin Sutton and Zach Schlatterer led the league in both passing and receiving yards. 5-11 quarterback Sutton has thrown for 1,421 yards this season, while Schlatterer has 36 catches for 828 yards. The Bulldogs' Tuwan Payton leads the league in rushing yards with 2,177.
A big matchup in the league this week will be when Jennings County takes on Floyd Central. At the moment, the Panthers are in sixth, while the Highlanders are in second.
