Kaitlyn Carter was a major factor while hitting and pitching. She struck out six batters over three innings while giving up no earned runs or hits (and only one walk). That's the most strikeouts she has posted since back in March. She was also big at the plate, going a perfect 2-for-2 with one home run, three RBI, and one triple.
