It was a good run, but the Hartford Central Tanagers unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on Saturday. They lost to Corinth on the road by a decisive 61-43 margin. Hartford Central has struggled against Corinth recently, as their match on Saturday was their fifth consecutive lost matchup.
Despite the loss, Hartford Central still got an impressive performance from Alawnah Dunda, who dropped a double-double on 17 points and 15 rebounds. Audrey Fiske was another key contributor, scoring four points.
Hartford Central's loss dropped their record down to 13-6. As for Corinth, the victory was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 16-2.

The timing is sure in Corinth's favor as the squad sits on 16 straight wins at home (dating back to last season) while Hudson Falls has been banged up by seven consecutive losses on the road.
