Despite a strong season so far, Juab has seen their luck take a bit of a downturn recently. They received a  blow  on Wednesday as they fell  30-16 to the North Sanpete Hawks. The Wasps were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Hawks apparently hadn't forgotten their  defeat the last time these teams played  back in September of 2024.
 Although Juab took the loss, they still got scores from  Triston Coleman and  Brock Richards.
  Ayden Akee had a dynamite game For North Sanpete., rushing for 174 yards and three  touchdowns. Akee is becoming a predictor of the Hawks' success: when he posts  at  least 100  rushing yards the team is undefeated (and 3-4 when he doesn't).
Juab's loss dropped their record down to 7-3. As for North Sanpete, they pushed their record up to 6-4 with the  win, which was their fifth straight  on the road.
 Juab wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next  matchup,  a  65-14  victory against Ben Lomond on the 24th. As for North Sanpete, they have also already played their next game,  a  30-14  win against Union on the 24th.
