The Plainview Indians entered their tilt with the Dickson Comets with seven consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with eight. Plainview breezed by Dickson at home to the tune of 80-31. Plainview's offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.
Emilee Hedger was her usual excellent self, scoring 23 points along with five steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points she has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Jacelyn Hammon, who scored nine points along with nine assists and five steals.
Plainview's victory was their eighth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 10-2. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 56.0 points per game. As for Dickson, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-8.
Plainview will head out on the road to face off against Central at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Dickson, they will be playing at home against Silo at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
