With a playoff game on the line, the Oakdale Warriors rose to the challenge on Friday. They blew past East Beauregard 53-21 at home. Oakdale might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team's won six matches by 22 points or more this season.
Deekota Johnson was his usual excellent self, rushing for 206 yards and five touchdowns on only eight carries.
Oakdale pushed their record up to 8-3 with that win, which was their eighth straight at home dating back to last season.
