A Season-Best Effort from Rocco Natale Jr Leads Amsterdam over Columbia
Amsterdam came up short on Friday despite Rocco Natale Jr delivering his best game to date. Natale Jr picked up 186 receiving yards and three touchdowns. The bulk of those receiving yards came from one huge play: a catch that gained an incredible 94 yards.
For the season, Natale Jr has caught 8 touchdowns while averaging 83.5 receiving yards per game. He is looking even better than he did last year: after seven games last season, he had one receiving touchdown.

Maychack and Columbia will square off against Queensbury at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Blue Devils had to take a loss when they last met the Spartans, but Maychack had little to do with the loss: he rushed for 99 yards on only ten carries, and also threw for 107 yards and a touchdown. Aj Ficarra Delivers Electric Effort Vs Amsterdam
Another Columbia player making an appearance on this list is Aj Ficarra. He rushed for 121 yards and a touchdown on only seven carries. His rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his fourth straight game with at least 100 rushing yards.
If the past is any indication, Ficarra could be in store for another big game when he takes on Queensbury on Saturday. When Ficarra last faced the Spartans two weeks ago, he rushed for 106 yards and two touchdowns on only 14 carries.
