Despite their loss, New Prairie saw several players rise to the challenge and make noteworthy plays. Reece Lapczynski, who scored four points along with five assists and two steals, was perhaps the best of all. Another player making a difference was Trenton Klute, who scored seven points.
Jimtown is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matches, which provided a massive bump to their 13-10 record this season. As for New Prairie, their loss dropped their record down to 4-19.
Tuesday's matchup is shaping up to be a masterclass in shooting: Jimtown have been dynamite from deep this season, having made 44.1% of their threes per game.
