Grace Christian will venture away from home to  square off against the St. Joseph Central Irish  at 7:30  p.m.  on Thursday. Keep an eye on the score for this one:  the two teams posted some lofty  point totals in their previous games.

  Bryce Ray was  his usual excellent self,  going 8-for-14  to rack up 24  points and five  steals. The dominant performance gave  him a new career-high in  steals. The team also got some help courtesy of  Brady Johnston, who  went 6-for-7  on his way to 18 points and seven  rebounds.
 Wahama typically has all the answers at home, but  on Wednesday St. Joseph Central proved too difficult a challenge. They strolled past the White Falcons with  points to spare, taking the game  62-47. The Irish haven't had any issues with the White Falcons recently, as the game was their third consecutive  win against them.
 The  victory made it two in a row for Grace Christian and  bumps their season record up to 9-7. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 68.0 points over those games. As for St. Joseph Central, they now  have a winning record of 8-7.
 Everything came up roses for Grace Christian against St. Joseph Central when the teams last played  back in March of 2021, as the  squad secured  a  79-52 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for Grace Christian since the  team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
