The Winder-Barrow Bulldoggs lost against the South Gwinnett Comets back in February of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. Winder-Barrow's rough 7-2 defeat to South Gwinnett might stick with them for a while. Things were pretty much settled by the half as Winder-Barrow was already down 4-0.
Winder-Barrow's loss dropped their record down to 1-1-1. As for South Gwinnett, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-0.
Winder-Barrow will play host again and welcome Heritage, where kickoff is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for South Gwinnett, they will head out on the road to square off against Discovery at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
