Skyline has been struggling as of late, and they have yet to win a game this season. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Timnath Cubs on Thursday. Moriah Nates was hit with a yellow card, which may have had some impact on her (and the team's) ability to make aggressive plays.

Skyline's loss dropped their record down to 0-5-1. As for Timnath, the win got them back to even at 2-2.

Coming up, it'll be a Battle of the Birds when Skyline duke it out with Riverdale Ridge at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Timnath, they wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next matchup, a 0-0 draw against Rocky Mountain on the 28th.
