Moffat County were able to grind out a solid win over Steamboat Springs last week, winning 21-14. The success made it back-to-back wins for Moffat County.
Meanwhile, after soaring high against Alameda two weeks ago, Icarus fell to the ground. Battle Mountain were given a punishing 6-47 defeat at the hands of Basalt.
Moffat County's victory lifted them to 2-0 while Battle Mountain's loss dropped them down to 2-1. The Moffat County defense got after the quarterback against Steamboat Springs to the tune of 7 sacks, so Battle Mountain's offensive line better have put in some good practice this past week in preparation for the matchup.
